HEALTH AND SAFETY

The Big Night Out Company is committed to ensuring that all customers and staff have a thoroughly enjoyable time whilst on any of our events. We are also committed to ensuring that all our customers and staff are always in a safe and danger-free environment whilst on our events.
We are a highly responsible, reliable and professional company and the health and safety of our customers is of paramount concern at all times. To do this, we have a stringent set of rules and regulations which all of our highly trained staff follow at all times. These rules and regulations allow you, the customer, to enjoy your Big Night Out safe in the knowledge that you are being looked after.
Our staff are always noticeable by their red lanyards, printed with the words ‘STAFF’. If you have a problem or concern with your night, please speak to them and they will be able to help you out. CLUBS AND COACHES

At The Big Night Out Company, we only take our customers to trusted and reliable club nights from large, reputable companies such as Rough Hill and Luminar Leisure. This way we know that everything will be done ‘by the book’ and, of course, that you, the customer, will be given the ultimate Big Night Out.
In the same way, we only choose reputable coach companies to transport our customers to and from their destinations. All the coach companies we use have full and relevant insurance on their vehicles and abide by a stringent set of rules which ensure that, amongst others, the drivers are not overworked or under qualified. This lets us not only offer you the best service, but also ensure that the vehicles are in full working order so as to not delay your Big Night Out.
